It's simple and effective but not easy. Do 50 burpees in the morning everyday in medium tempo, it will take around 5 minutes. Exercises such as burpees engage big number of muscle fibers which sends signal to your body to use fat as primary energy source. With such tempo and volume you will be working your whole body and recover fast which allows you to train every day, and workouts' frequency is a key factor to getting results as fast as possible.
So stop whining and making excuses that gym is too expensive and too far away, EVERYONE has 5 minutes in the morning!
