4 minute workout from hell

This is amazingly simple but unbelievably effective. Just do good old rope skipping 4 minutes a day but at maximum intensity, try to go as fast as you can non-stop. But be warned it feel fucking brutal! To burn maximum fat do it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach or in the evening but after you've already had your last meal. 
Even if this jumping rope thing will be the only training routine that you're following if done on daily basis you won't recognize yourself in a month.
