Yep she was wright! You actually need to eat your vegetables, broccoli in particular, in order to grow big and strong!

Broccoli contains anti-cancer and antiviral properties. It also contains more vitamin C pound for pound than oranges. And as a muscle builder it contains lots of calcium, fiber and potassium.

So whatever your training goal is, listen to your mom and eat broccoli ;)
